  • The majority of our products will be shipped via UPS Ground.  Depending on the circumstances, we may from time to time choose to select other carriers.  All shipping as stated on this site is within the Continental United States.  Orders shipped outside the Continental United States are subject to additional shipping and custom paper completion charges.  Notification of those charges will be provided once the original order is placed.  Prior to shipment we will inform you of any additional charges.  Customers wishing to cancel their order may do so and all money will be refunded prior to shipment.

Return Policy

  • PokerEmporium is dedicated to providing our customers with the finest products and services. In the event your purchase needs to be returned, we request that you review the following information.

Returns for damage or defect

  • PokerEmporium takes all precautions to assure our products arrive at your location in satisfactory condition.  However,  there are times when merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us during normal business hours; we will arrange pickup, return and replacement.

Not Satisfied

  • We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges. Please call us at (973)-785-8432 for a return authorization number prior to shipping the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges.

Back orders

  • We typically stock every item we carry and although every attempt is made to maintain adequate product inventory we do occasionally have back order situations.  This is sometimes due to high run rates on quick moving products.  We will contact you to explain the situation and provide some options:

    • 1. We will inform you of the expected due date provided by our vendor.

    • 2. You will have the choice to cancel the backordered items from your order.

    • 3.  You can elect to wait for the entire order to be shipped.

    • 4. You can request a SPLIT shipment where we will ship the in-stock items immediately, and ship the backordered items in a second shipment as soon as they become available to ship. "No additional shipping will be required from you"


  • All products when shipped from PokerEmporium will meet our packaging standards.  When shipping items back to PokerEmporium, it is the buyers responsibility to assure it is properly packaged.  Poker Chips and products tend to be heavy in weight and therefore requires additional care when shipping.

Return Instructions

Return instructions will be provided when the MRA number is provided.  This will minimize unauthorized returns and confusion.

PLEASE Remember  

It is mandatory for all returned items to have the Merchandise Authorization Number (MRA) displayed clearly on a minimum of 2 sides of the carton.  Therefore, you must contact us prior to shipping any items back to us.  This will minimize confusion, and assure credits and exchanges are handles in the shortest period of time.  If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us by email ( or by phone: 973-785-8432.
